Every year, GCPS celebrates the creative work of our students with a three-week visual arts exhibit at the J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center (ISC) in Suwanee. Families and community members are invited to visit the ISC during the Tapestry event to see student-produced art in a range of mediums, including drawings, paintings, 3D sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, photography, and more.
During the week of Feb. 28 to March 6, visitors will find the work of student artists from the schools in the Central Gwinnett, Duluth, Grayson, Meadowcreek, Mountain View, and Shiloh clusters as well as Phoenix HS, Oakland Meadow School, and GIVE Center East.
March 9-16, artwork representing Archer, Brookwood, Collins Hill, Dacula, Lanier, Mill Creek, and Peachtree Ridge cluster schools will be on display.
The final week of the exhibition will be March 21-27. On exhibit will be the work of artists from schools in the Berkmar, Discovery, Norcross, North Gwinnett, Parkview, and South Gwinnett clusters as well as Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology.
