Good luck to the Puckett's Mill ES Sparrowbots-- Georgia's FIRST LEGO League Grand Champions-- as they head to Houston in international competition! In the state competition, the team researched a real-world problem-- endangered animals-- and worked together to explore ways to help the three-toed sloth as part of their challenge. The Sparrowbots also designed, built, and programmed a robot using LEGO® MINDSTORMS®, then competed on a table-top playing field. The students will represent their school, district, and state at the FIRST LEGO League World Festival in Houston next week.
