In this slideshow, check out some of the student art on display in Week One of GCPS’ Tapestry 2022 exhibit. During this annual celebration of the visual arts, the district’s Instructional Support Center transformed into an art museum filled with student creations—paintings, drawings, three-dimensional art, mixed media, pottery, jewelry, and two-dimensional art. Visitors can roam the student art exhibit, seeing firsthand how the lessons from Gwinnett’s award-winning fine arts teachers come to life through student artwork. During week One, the display includes artwork from participating schools in the Brookwood, Collins Hill, Norcross, North Gwinnett, Shiloh, and South Gwinnett clusters, as well as Paul Duke STEM HS, Oakland Meadow, and Gwinnett Online Campus.
