If you’re a registered Gwinnett County voter, you have an opportunity to weigh in on the future of transit in our community. In today's Special Election, voters will go to the polls to consider expansion of the County’s transit options through a contract with MARTA. Voter approval would also mean the establishment of a one-cent sales tax to pay for the transit improvement and expansion. Election Day voting is open until 7 p.m. this evening (Tues., March 19) at assigned polling locations only. Many polling sites are located at schools so please keep an eye out for our students during school drop off and dismissal.
