Thanks to a generous donation from Atlanta's Besharat Art Gallery, a Trickum MS hallway now resembles an art gallery filled with close to 100 large-scale prints by world-renowned National Geographic photographer Steve McCurry, photographer of the famous Afghan Girl magazine cover. Mr. McCurry's images highlight children from around the world taken during the span of his career. The photographs will remain on permanent display at the school for years to come, allowing students, faculty, and community to enjoy a “Lens on the World.” Check out these beautiful McCurry photographs and learn more about Trickum’s new gallery in this GCPS TV Focus Moment.
