We had an incredible response from our families for this year’s Summer Enrichment + Acceleration (SEA) Program! Nearly 27,000 GCPS students are registered for the district’s In-Person SEA Program (grades 1-8) and our Rising K Academy (kindergarten), which are set for June 14 to July 2.
Remember…Digital SEA program available for all students

“We are grateful for this response and have made some adjustments to the middle school times due to the high levels of interest,” says Dr. Clay Hunter, GCPS associate superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. “This change in the middle school hours will allow us to provide transportation service to all of the students attending the program.”
During the three-week session, students will attend Monday through Friday. Middle school students (6-8) will attend the program from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., while elementary students (K-5) will attend the program from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In-Person SEA Program and Rising K Academy are free for registered students. The sessions will focus on enrichment and acceleration is intended to help students get a head start on next year’s learning.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all in-person participants at no charge. (Learn more about summer meal options for all Gwinnett families online.)
